CHINESE CUISINE PROGRAMME

This Chinese Cuisine Programme is aimed to provide professional training to those
who wish to join the Chinese food industry. Students will learn the skills in Chinese
kitchen like knife skill, a variety of Chinese cuisine cooking methods, the heat control,
seasoning points and so on.

Programmes range in duration from few hours to a number of months and are offered in various attendance modes to suit your needs.
These short-term programmes are available for individual, group or event corporate bookings.
